To find the Runecrafting Guild, simply walk to the Wizards' Tower upstairs, south of Draynor Village.
This guild is in the Wizards' Tower, which contains a mini game and some fun, random activities.
On the ground floor, when you come in through the portal on the second floor of the Wizards' Tower, Wizard Elriss will first speak to you. You find out that she built the guild, and that you should try out the mini game. If you go in-depth with Elriss, she'll tell you about herself working on a new kind of talisman: the omni-talisman. She tells you she believes she can create a new form of talisman that combines the properties of all talismans. The talisman will allow you to access any Runecrafting altar all over RuneScape! All it needs to do is be combined with a tiara or a staff. She will then tell you if you have any talisman that you show her, she'll create an omni-talsiman for you. For each talisman you show her, she'll teach a tad bit about Runecrafting earning you 1000 Runecrafting experience.
Ever wanted to restore your essence pouches and not want to go in The Abyss? If so, there is a wizard named Wizard Korvak who can restore your large and giant essence pouches, exactly like the Dark Mage in The Abyss, except you have to pay him a fine, of course (but you can get your medium pouch back for free just by requesting it from the NPC). The prices to buy back pouches are 9,000 gp for a large pouch and 12,000 gp for a giant pouch. He can also sell you pouches, which the prices for them are 25,000 gp for a large pouch and 50,000 gp for a giant pouch. Now you don't have to spend hours fighting Abyss creatures for one!
Before setting in the mini game, you can do loads of activities, like studying the map table. You can use your talisman on it, and it locates various altar locations. Also, there is a runestone accelerator and glass spheres that you can activate, but it doesn't do much of anything.
After getting used to the guild, you can speak to Wizard Vief or Wizard Acantha to start the Runecrafting Guild mini game: The Great Orb Project.
