The Chaos Druid tower is located north of West Ardougne. After lock picking the door to enter (Level 46 Thieving required), you will have to go down a ladder to get to this area. In this dungeon, you will find two chests that contain 2 Blood runes and 500gp each. If you are thieving from these chests, watch out for the surrounding monsters.
