To get to the King Black Dragon's lair you must go west of the lava maze in the level 40 wilderness, and down the ladder in the lesser demon cage. You will be in a small piece of land with many aggressive poison spiders (Level 63), who will poison you 90% of the time when they hit (its a good idea to bring along an anti poison pot), and a lever. Pull the lever and you will be teleported to the King Black Dragon's lair.

This area is multicombat, so it's a good idea to bring along some friends. Be ready as the King Black Dragon can attack you from any location within his lair, there is no safe place where he cannot go. There is a coin, gold ring, and cut sapphire re-spawn in the KBD's lair, as well as some empty chests. There is also the lever that will teleport you back to the poisonous spiders.
