Enakhra's Temple can be accessed as part of the Enakhra's Lament quest. The temple itself is not very useful unless you want to (re)craft a Camel Head mask on the pedestal. Although it the teleport spot when using a Camulet, which provides fast access to the desert. Within the temple you will find no monsters, only Lazim, and Pentyn of Avarrocka.
