The main purpose to this dungeon is during the Dealing with Scabaras quest. This dungeon is all multicombat with aggressive high levelled npc's that span every combat style. The npc's will poison, and disease you in addition to hitting you hard and often. There are two chests in this dungeon that you will need to open to get scabarite notes from for the diary. One is by the High Priest, the other is on the south side of the dungeon.
