Notes: Used to make Defence and Super defence potions. The best way to collect these is by going to the respawn in Isafdar, then use a teleport crystal to bank at Lletya. To do this method effectively, you must have completed the Regicide quest, and at least started Mourning's Ends Part I. They takes 5 seconds to respawn.

White berries are also found in the Red Dragon Isle in the Wilderness. Two spawns with a three second spawn time are located in the southern most area. Beware of the Red dragon, but also note that it can be blocked by scenery.

Additionally, you may plant these using a Farming patch.
