Take these to Aggie the witch in Draynor village, and she will create red dye for you. At level 10 cooking, you can make a redberry pie, with 1 redberry; heals 9 hp.
The bushes south-east of Varrock can be found close to the south wall, between the south-east mine and the stone circle.
