Obtained From: Respawns in the Grotto tree which is in Mort Myre Swamp.
Examine: A druid pouch.
Notes: This item is used to prevent Ghast attacks. To use the item, fill it up with Mort Myre Fungi, Stems, or Pears. Obtain those by using the Blessed Silver Sickle's Bless effect while standing beside a rotting log, twig, or dead bush in the Mort Myre. Pears are the best for filling the pouch, as each counts as 3 charges. When a ghast attacks you, it will take 1 fungi out of your pouch.
