Notes: Once you have completed the Garden of Tranquillity quest, you can use the ring to charm some non playing characters (npcs) into allowing you to do things for a cheaper price (eg: magic carpet rides, ship ores to the bank, entering certain areas). If the ring has been lost after completion of Garden of Tranquillity, pickpocket Doctor Fenkenstrain who should be locked up in the tower of Fenkenstrain's castle (on the roof) near Morytania. If the Great Brain Robbery has been completed, you will have to travel to Harmony island from Mos Le'Harmless (speak to the hooded monk close to the docks) and go into the cellar of the windmill to pickpocket him.
