To make nettle tea you must obtain nettles (wear gloves when picking them or you will get hurt), use it with a bowl of water and then heat the "nettle water" with a range or fire. Use the nettle tea with an empty cup to make Nettle tea. Use a bucket of milk with it to make milk nettle tea. This requires cooking level 20 and heals 30 hp. When you drink the tea, you will be left with an empty cup. Cooking this gives 52 experience.
