Examine: It's missing a handle.
Notes: Whilst mining, a random event may cause your pickaxe head to fly off. Simply collect it off the ground and reattach it to the handle. This item is now discontinued, when Jagex removed this ramdom they automatically made all pickaxe heads into complete pickaxes.
