Notes: This Obsidian shield is quite popular since it gives a Strength and Defence bonus. You can buy it from the TzHaar-Hul-Tel's Equipment Store in the city of TzHaar for 67,500 tokkuls. NPCs in the streets of the TzHaar also can rarely drop these. Requires 60 Defence to equip. You can buy this for 58,500 tokkul with the Karamja gloves.
