Get a bowl and fill it with water. Add potatoes and cooked meat to the bowl. Use it with a stove or a range. Add a spice from Evil Dave's hellrats.

Red Spice Effects: Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged and Magic.
Orange Spice Effects: Smithing, Crafting, Fletching, Runecrafting, Cooking, Firemaking and Construction.
Yellow Spice Effects: Prayer, Agility, Slayer, Thieving, and Hunter.
Brown Spice Effects: Woodcutting, Herblore, Farming, Fishing and Mining.
