Notes: To make this, you need a regular log, level 5 fletching, and a knife. Simply use the knife with the log, and choose the shortbow option. Note that making an unstrung bow only gives half the overall XP. Use a bow string on the unstrung bow to gain the remainder of the XP, and a working bow. Regular shortbows are rarely made. Cutting this will give you 5 fletching experience.
