Obtained From: Use a dramen staff on the air, fire, water and earth runecrafting altars in that exact order during Lunar Diplomacy.

Notes: It is recommended you have several dramen staves when you make your lunar staff as it is the only item you can have multiples of at a time. It also means if you lose yours, you wont necessarily have to pay the large price of 30,000gp to the Oneiromancer to replace it. The lunar staff can also be used as a Dramen staff to get into Zanaris.
