Notes: This raises construction levels by three points. It means that items made with a saw, can be built three levels earlier. Rooms, and items not requiring a saw, will not work. It has 28 uses, and then needs remaking by redoing what was done in the quest to make the saw. If you lose your saw, speak to Brimstail to obtain another crystal seed and sing it into a saw.
