The Dramen staff is used to let members enter the Lost City. To enter the Lost City equip your staff and enter the hut in the east area of the Lumbridge swamp. The Dramen staff or a Lunar staff must be equipped to use the Fairy Rings.

To make a Dramen staff, acquire a dramen branch from the Entrana Dungeon and use a knife on it to make the staff. Since weapons aren't allowed on Entrana, you must kill Zombies in the Entrana dungeon to obtain a hatchet.
