Notes: The completed sceptre allows a user to teleport to the entrance to the Stronghold of Security five times(10 if wearing Varrock armour 1), after which it is destroyed. The sceptre requires four pieces to make it: Skull right half, Skull left half, Sceptre bottom, and Sceptre top. A player can have only one completed sceptre at any time. You can wield, invoke, use, divine, or destroy the sceptre. Invoking it will teleport you to the Barbarian Village and "Divine" will tell you how many more charges it has left.
