Notes: To enchant the tiara you need a RuneCrafting level of 50, and must have completed Dealing with Scabaras. The tiara is used as a replacement to waterskin (4) in the Kharidian Desert. The ratio to charges to runes is 1:3 which means for every 3 runes is one charge in your tiara. There is no current limit on how many charges you can add to the tiara. To check the charges you have to right click on the tiara and select 'Checkcharges'. This tiara cannot be enchanted via the assist system.
