Notes: In order to wield this staff you must have first attached a talisman to it. To attach a talisman, take the talisman of your choice and the staff to the altar that matches your talisman. Then use the staff on the altar and it will fuse the two items. To attach the omni-talisman take it to Wizard Korvak in the Runecrafting Guild.
