Quest Use: At the start of the Temple at Senntisten quest you can ask Ali the wise for help getting to the digsite and he will give you this pendant. If you operate it you will be teleported just north of the digsite.

Notes: The teleport location is just north of the Digsite next to a canal barge that is being built.
