Notes: To obtain lockpicks, visit Rogue's Den, which is located in a trap door inside Burthorpe's bar. You buy them from the general store in Rogue's Den. They can be used to open certain doors and chests located throughout Runescape, to increase your chances of succeeding when picking safes in Rogue's Den, and for quests. Can also be bought from the Thieving guild after completing the subquest Lost her marbles.
