Notes
Always remember to bring your Anti-dragon shield. Steel dragons have powerful fire-breath and are very strong with melee. They are able to hit up to 240 with melee, and even higher with their magic-based fire-breath (around 470). Despite this, protect from magic is not 100% effective against their breath. An Antifire (4) will protect you from the fire-breath for roughly 6 minutes (per one dose), and you will be alerted when your resistance is about to run out. Steel dragons are located many places, but the Brimhaven dungeon resource dungeon is one that is different. It contains both Iron dragons and Steel dragons and also has a hammer spawn and an anvil. This makes it useful because you can pick up the bars that the Steel dragon drops to smith them into items while training. The resource dungeon requires level 80 Dungeoneering to enter.Steel dragons will also drop Steel dragon tail-bones during the wish list at the end of the quest Fur 'n' Seek. The Steel dragon tail-bone is only obtainable during the quest.
