Vannaka, the previous tutorial island combat instructor, is the 5th strongest Slayer master in Runscape located in the Edgeville dungeon. He assigns Medium Slayer tasks to players with level 40 combat. Though Vannaka has a combat level of 146, he is not attackable. After completion of Smoking Kills he will reward the player with 4 Slayer Points per task.
