After completing the quest Smoking Kills, you can go into the well to fight various slayer monsters (assuming you have the requirements to fight them).

Tactics

You need your Masked earmuffs to fight Mighty banshees, or any other slayer monsters in the well. Their attacks are Magical-melee like bloodvelds, so wear armour with a high magic defence as if you were fighting bloodvelds. There are also numerous ranging spots in the area; the most effective one is in the south-west corner of the area with three Mighty Banshees. You can also use a halberd on them from that spot; it makes for easier slayer xp.
