To access these, you must first have obtained Jennica's ring from the Spirit of Summer quest. Operate the ring at the portal in the Forgetten Cemetery. Close the coffins in the building nearby to make them spawn in the Real World.

Tactics

These are undead so it's having a salve amulet or salve amulet (e) equipped will greatly aid you in defeating them. If a Revenant comes then you can use Jennica's ring to escape to the Spirit Realm. Though, if you're teleblocked, it won't work.
