To fight these you must first have obtained Jennica's ring from the Spirit of Summer quest. Operate the ring at the portal outside of the Axe Hut. If this is your first time entering the Axe Hut, then you'll need to bring a lockpick to get inside. You will also receive 7,500 Attack experience.

Tactics

They are quite good monsters to train on for low levels. Although, for those who have obtained a Salve amulet or Salve amulet (e), it's a considerably a good bonus.
