He is a weird kind of wizard, very anxious and insane at anything he's doing. Although, he's a very unique one too. He can make you a deal, and will restore your essence pouches (large and giant) like the Dark Mage in The Abyss does. But, sadly, it's for a price; 9,000 gp for restore of a large pouch and 12,000 gp for restore of a giant pouch. The best thing about him, is that you can buy essence pouches (large and giant); 25,000 gp for a large pouch and 50,000 gp for a giant pouch.
