These Cave crawlers are only found in the Desert Slayer dungeon, and are much more aggressive than their other kind. They also give 122 Slayer experience when killed.

Tactics

Cave crawlers have a deadly poison so it's wise to bring a super anti-poison. They reside in a multicombat area so bringing a Summoning familiar or a cannon can help out greatly. Using melee with a super set is also recommended because they can hit quite frequently.
