Notes

You gain 10k Slayer experience and 7k Prayer experience when you first defeat this monster. If you decide to kill it every 6 days, you will notice you only receive 1k Prayer exp, and 1.25k Slayer exp. You must complete the quest Fur n Seek.

Level 320 - Stage One  Show/Hide

As you attack this monster its limbs will fall off as you inflict damage upon it, when you bury the limbs, its combat will decrease and it will regenerate some life points. See the tactic field for more information.

Level 260 - Stage Two  Show/Hide

Life Points: 288 Max Hit:210
Attack Style: Magic and Melee.

Continue the same tactic used to weaken the beast at level 320.

Level 180 - Stage Three  Show/Hide

Life Points: 165 Max Hit: 150
Attack Style: Melee.

At this point the Skeletal Horror will have lost both its hands, and will be unable to use its magic attack. Switch your prayer to Protect from Melee and enjoy the smooth ride ahead.

Level 100 - Stage Four.  Show/Hide

Life Points: 111 Max Hit: 70
Attack Style: Melee

The Horror is still limited to using it's melee attack, so all that's left is to finish it off.

Tactics

Use high melee defence armour and good melee weapon. Pray magic. Bury the severed limbs as they come off as you fight this beast. You will need to bury all three limbs that fall off during the battle, to defeat him. If you don't bury they will rejoin the horror and he will regain some of his health. The Salve amulet or Salve amulet (e)'s attack and strength bonus will work whilst fighting this monster.

Examine

I can't believe the Odd Old Man was carrying that on his back!, I cut its arm off!, I cut its other arm off!, I cut its tail off! It doesn't look happy.
