Found while in the pursuit of the Dagannoth mother. You will have to face two of them.

Tactics

Stand between the two, and attack one once before attacking the other one. If you focus on one, they do a rallying roar which heals the other. "The sentinel gives a rallying cry and its companion's wounds heal slightly." It is suggested that you use the Balmung when fighting the two creatures. Wear your best melee armour, and stat enhancers such as super combat stat boosting potions would help. Protection prayers are not necessary during this fight, but should you decide to pray, choose melee.
