Part of the Fairy Tale III - Orks Rift quest. During Fairy Tale III - Orks Rift, he appears to be an NPC but at the end he's one of the three general you need to defeat to beat the quest. After Fairy Tale III - Orks Rift General Shredflesh becomes Ivory Shredflesh (cursed).
