Found in the dungeons of Daemonheim whilst training Dungeoneering.

Although this mage is wearing Celestial robes, it will only drop Spiritbloom robes, tier 11 equipment is reserved as rare drops from boss monsters.

Tactics

This is the strongest Forgotten mage you will encounter in the dungeons of Daemonheim. Magic protection prayer / curse is strongly advised unless you are wearing high tier Ranged armour.

Ranged or stabbing attacks are the best options to killing this mage.
