Flesh-spoiler Haasghenahk is a gruesome creature with shelled flesh which is spotted with eyeballs, the biggest of which has the ability to be launched out at its opponents. Its giant tentacle which it navigates the room with serves as a means of returning the projectile eyeball back into its socket.

Surprisingly, The Flesh-spoiler Haasghenahk could be described as the easiest Daemonheim boss found in the Occult floors. The tactic used is pretty easy: the person who is being targeted by Flesh-spoiler Haasghenahk should use a melee protection Prayer, while the others should use a Magic one. There are two forms of the boss:

There is the main and first form which the player encounters when first fighting the boss. This is the only part anybody should pray Magic on. After defeating its first form, it smashes open to become its second form and will release many Flesh-spoiler spawn. After it's deshelled, the biggest eye turns out to be the core of the body, which attacks you with Magic. Despite this, you should pray melee on this part, as the spawn that are ejected from the main body will attack you fast and hard with melee attacks.
