Grayzag summons beasty little imps in the top floor of the tower.

In the quest Void stares back, the, he is revealed to be the main villain in the void quest series and will summon the Pest Queen towards the end of the quest. After the queen is killed you can choose his punishment for what he has done; a quick death, a slow and tortured death or imprisonment.
