Moss giants and rock crabs are the only monsters to drop spinach rolls. A great place for training range or magic in the Varrock sewers, because of the safespot.

Good for training at level 55-85 combat. It is a good idea to train on them in adamant armour or better. Take a lobster cage with you if you go to Crandor, then, when running low on food, head back to Karamja to fish and cook some more. Also on Crandor, there are 6 mining ores to mine there. It's a very good idea for mage or rangers to fight Moss giants behinds the ores as Moss giants wouldn't have a chance of attacking you. Or, on the small island west of Brimhaven, there are two cake slice spawns. It's not much, but if you've got good enough armour on it should be enough. In the Varrock sewers there is a safe spot by the southern dead tree and the wall. Also in the Varrock sewers there is a Resource dungeon that contains Moss giants. It requires level 65 Dungeoneering to enter and is a great alternative to commonly crowded training spots. There are also Limpwurt root spawns and Magic trees in the same area. These monsters are also ideal training for Range.
