They are found in the Jadinko Lair. They are mutated versions of the Jadinko baby. 80 Slayer is required to kill them.

Tactics

Up close, they will use their melee attacks. The best method of killing them is to use melee against them. An alternate method is to use Ranged and stand away from them, where they will use their Magic attack. Even though they are weakest to Sagaie, it is often much better to use other less expensive weapons instead.

When using the Protect from Melee Prayer, they will start to use Magic instead. If you are standing from a distance and are using Ranged with Protect from Magic, you will be whipped by the nearby jade roots for damage between 30-60 damage. This can be stopped by chopping them with a hatchet (level 83 Woodcutting required), but the roots grow back too quickly for this method to be suitable.
