Notes
Green dragons are a great money maker, as they're fairly easy to kill. You can collect their hides and bones and sell them in the Grand Exchange for quite a bit. The max hit listed above is from their max hit with firebreath. Using their melee, it is around 80. Of course, this can be repelled by wielding an anti-dragon shield or a dragonfire shield. Beware of PKers in the Wilderness at all times.
Green dragons will also drop green dragon tail-bones during the wish list at the end of the quest Fur 'n' Seek. They will not drop this item before you start it or after you finish it.
Tactics
Always use an Anti-dragon shield to absorb some of their fiery breath. The best equipment to kill them in the wilderness is: Adamant full helm, Rune platebody, Rune platelegs, Anti-dragon shield and an Abyssal whip/Dragon scimitar. It is recommended to be carrying a glory for banking at Edgeville, two Antifire potions, stat boosting potions, a teleport tablet incase of a sticky situation, and the rest of your inventory filled up with food (preferably lobsters or better). Green dragons can be Ranged, but it is recommended that you use a Rune crossbow instead of a Magic shortbow. Using a Rune crossbow allows the usage of an antifire shield, protecting you from the Dragon's firebreath.
