The best location for Fire giants is in Brimhaven dungeon or the Chaos tunnels (for meleeing) and Baxtorian falls (for rangers or mages). You will need to bring 875 Coins with you (or Karamja gloves 3 for free) if you intend on going to Brimhaven Dungeon Fire giants, and a hatchet.

If you however decide to train at Baxtorian falls, you will need a Rope and Glarial's amulet in your inventory to bypass certain obstacles, and to be able to successfully enter the cave. Also in the Baxtorian falls dungeon there is a Dungeoneering Resource Dungeon that contains Fire giants. It requires level 35 Dungeoneering to enter and is a great alternative in case the normal Fire giants spots are crowded.

The Chaos tunnels are the closest spot to a bank, are rarely crowded, and are a multi-combat area. Also, a great place would be the Smokey dungeon, as it's easier to fight there. However you must wear a Face mask or Slayer helmet while in the Smokey dungeon.

Tactics

Fire giants are amazing training for higher level Members. They are also quite nice for people who receive them as a slayer task. They give 111 slayer experience per. It's best to melee them using Rune, Dragon, or some form of barrows armour. Using a Guthan's set along with other armour is very effective, as you'll be able to stay there as long as you have space for the drops in your inventory. The Fire giants can also be ranged from behind a table or chair in Baxtorian falls as well as a few safe spots in Brimhaven dungeon and Chaos tunnels, making them one of the most prominent ranged training monsters in the game.
