Dust devils are located in the Chaos Tunnels and in the Smokey Well near Pollnivneach. Level 65 Slayer is required to defeat them. A Face mask or Slayer Helmet is required to defeat these, otherwise they will rapidly drain your stats and inflict damage at a fast rate. Dust Devils are one of the best monsters to kill in order to obtain Crimson Charms. They give 105 Slayer Experience when on a Slayer Task.

Note that the Dust devil's top drop, the Dragon chainbody is an incredibly rare drop.

Tactics

Dust devils are decent training for both melee and ranged, but they hit you fairly regularly. They are weak to both stab and range attacks. They drop Ugthanki kebabs every now and then which can heal 190 Life points. It is recommended to use the bones to peaches spell. (If you haven't gotten the spell from Mage training arena you can use Bones to peaches tablets). You can also use the Saradomin godsword or Enhanced excalibur from the Hard Seers Village Tasks.
