Zygomites originally appear as fungus, which when picked, will jump up and attack you! Level 57 slayer and fungicide spray is required to kill this form of mutated mold. Fungicide spray, and refills can be bought from any slayer store. Lost City quest must be completed to get to the area they are in.

Tactics

They are not very good for training as they hit high fairly often, and you have to kill them using the fungicide spray. The drops aren't very good either. But, Ranging is recommended. This prevents them from meleeing you and also gives you magic defence bonuses which will minimize their damage radically.
