Zygomites originally appear as fungus, which when picked, will jump up and attack you! Level 57 slayer and fungicide spray is required to kill this form of mutated mold. Fungicide spray, and refills can be bought from any slayer store.

Tactics

Not very good training as it hits high fairly often, and you have to kill it using the fungicide spray. The drops aren't very good. However you can safe spot from their melee attacks by hiding behind the fallen pillar and maging or ranging them. Although you will still receive damage from their ranged attacks.
