Kill these during the Lunar Diplomacy quest to obtain Suqah hides which are used to make the Lunar outfit required for the quest. The max hit of Suqah's melee attack is 109 lifepoints, while its magic attack can deal up to 180 lifepoints worth of damage. Using the ice barrage attack will ALWAYS hit 100 lifepoints, but only when it is effective against you (does not splash). These give 107.5 slayer experience when kill as a part of a slayer task.

Tactics

Suqahs are fairly good training for higher level players. Bring some armour with strong Defence, and gloves or boots that give Magic Defence from their Magic attacks. The Suqah located to the South of town only attack with Melee, which makes them ideal for Guthan's armour.

Another fairly easy place to kill Suqahs would be under the boat you travel in to Lunar Isle. At the bottom of the boat, there is one Suqah trapped in a cage that you can range or halberd.
