Level 32 slayer is required to kill Mogres. One fishing explosive is required to kill each Mogre. Must have completed the Mogre Killing Mini-Quest.

Tactics

Using a fishing explosive with one of the fishing spots on Mudskipper Point will cause a Mogre to come out of the water and attack you. You can use the Fairy ring as a safe spot by staying behind it and attacking the Mogres.
