After killing the Tortoise, the three gnomes sitting on top of it will fall off and attack you; Gnome driver, Gnome mage, and Gnome archer - all level 5.

Tactics

While fighting the tortoise, the two gnomes sitting on either side of its back will attack you with Magic and Range attacks. These are very slow and weak however, and will do very little damage.
