Notes

You must kill the Ice Troll King in the Fremennik Isles, The quest. Then, you must click his dead body to take his head to Mawnis Burowgar.

Tactics

Most of his attacks are ranged, however, his magic attack is deadly, so keep your Protect from Magic prayer on. It's recommended you take a lot of sharks and potion boosts, as he's quite tough for players under level 90.
