You must have a Slayer bell and 39 Slayer. When entering through Dorgesh-Kaan, be sure to take a light source with you. If you can use Fairy Rings, use code AJQ to be transported near them.

Tactics

Turn Auto-Retaliate on and ring the Slayer bell. When looking for the beast, search the cave walls until you see a Molanisk hanging on a wall. Then you must ring the Slayer bell and after doing so the Molanisk will jump off the wall and attack.
