Use the fairy ring DLQ to get to the lizards quickly.

Tactics

Red-bar, use ice cooler on it.

When fighting, it is recommend to bring waterskins and to wear desert robes. You don't get hit often if you are a high level. Bring little to no food, as the lizards drop kebabs which heal well if you need food.
