Step 1
Talk to Mord Gunnars, Rellekka docks and go to Jatizso.
Talk to King Gjuki Sorvott IV, near bank.
Give cat raw tuna.
Give King the ores.

Items needed: 6 Mithril or 7 Coal or 8 Tin Ores (or Pickaxe), Raw Tuna or Harpoon.

Speak to Mord Gunnars on Rellekka's northern most dock in Rellekka. He will tell you he is from an island north of Rellekka called Jatizso. He says that you need to help his nation with an important task. Choose the third option, "Can you ferry me to Jatziso?" and you will be transported there.

From the dock, head north-west through the gate and talk to King Gjuki Sorvott IV in the house across from the bank (Picture). He will say he requires your unique position among the Fremenniks. First he asks you to get some raw tuna for his pet cat, Hrafn. If you don't already have a raw tuna head over to the docks and harpoon one there.

Speak to the King with your fish and you will feed the tuna to his pet cat. The King will then tell you how he's heard that more and more ships have been docking at Neitiznot Island and he thinks the people of Neitiznot are planning something. Before he can do anything about that, he must contend with the Red Axe Kelda merchants that have arrived three days early. He requires 6 pieces of mithril ore or 7 coal (only if your mining level is lower than 55). There is a mine north-west of the town where you can mine these if you didn't bring them with you. Give the ores to the king. The chancellor will reward you with 5,000gp (or 2,000gp if asked for coal) in exchange for the ore.

Step 2
Talk to the King.
Go to Rellekka docks.
Talk to Maria for boat ride to Neitiznot.
Talk to Slug, behind bank.

The King will then continue saying the Neitiznot's Burgher, Mawnis Burowgar, is a fool and that he thinks Mawnis is planning to overthrow him. He'll tell you to infiltrate the Burgher's hall, undercover, and uncover his evil plans. The King will tell you to catch a ferry on the Rellekka docks. He will tell you to search his box behind his throne and find spy master clothing. The king will also tell you to find the old Spymaster, Slug Hemligssen and get information from him. Slug's secret password is "Free stuff please".

Head back to Rellekka and speak to Maria, Mord's wife (Picture). She will take you to Neitiznot. Go north-east past the yak pen and into the town. You will find Slug behind the bank. Speak to him and choose the option "Free stuff please." Slug will welcome you and tell you that you must infiltrate the Burowgar's hall as an entertainer. He will tell you that while you perform, you must take notes on their conversation.

Step 3
Talk to Mawnis Burowgar, south of bank.
Perform for him.
Talk to Slug, answer questions.

Be sure to empty your hand slot in your equipment menu. Once they're free, head to the building south of the bank and speak with Mawnis Burowgar, also known as the Bergher. Start your performance. He will tell you what trick to do: skip, juggle, talk to puppet, etc. All the while, the guards will be talking. Try to pay attention to what they say if you don't want to cheat and use this guide's answers.

After 5 actions he will compliment your skills. Return to Slug behind the bank, he will ask you some questions to prove that you were listening. He will give you 2,500gp as a reward. He will tell you to figure out where the two bridges that need repairing are, but first you must gain the Burgher's trust.

Step 4
Talk to Mawnis.
Kill 8 Yaks & take their hair.
Spin it and return to Mawnis.
Chop 8 arctic pine logs (near Yaks).
Split them on the woodcutting stump north of the village, across the rope bridge.
Repair two bridges to the north.

Items needed: Weapon, 8 Split Arctic Logs, 8 Ropes, Knife, Woodcutting axe

Talk to Mawnis Burowgar again and he will say that you must assist his engineer fix the broken bridges, you are required to collect 8 yak hair ropes.

Go back to the yak pen west of the town and kill 8 Yak (Level-22) (Picture), taking the hair it drops each time and spin it in the south-east of the town. Then, return to Mawnis. Thakkrad the engineer will reward you with 1,000gp for your labour. The engineer will then request you retrieve 8 split arctic logs, along with the 8 coils of rope.

Head back to the yak pen with a hatchet and cut 8 logs. Next head north of the village, across the rope bridge and cut them on the woodcutting stumps. Choose the option split logs. You will need 8 split logs. Return the Mawnis and the engineer will give you another 1,500gp for getting the split logs.

The engineer will tell you to repair the two bridges north of the town. A knife, the 8 logs and the 8 rope is required. Head north of the settlement crossing the normal, not broken, bridge and head north-west and repair that bridge. You will cross automatically. Now, go back across the bridge you just repaired. Head east, ignoring the ice trolls and fix that bridge too--not the one that leads to the mine. (Be cautious however, the trolls can hit up to 170, and multiple trolls that use Range/Melee can/will attack you in the multi-combat area.)

Return to Mawnis in the town now. You will, once again, be rewarded with 1,500gp for your services. The Burgher says he plans to assault the troll caves and behead the Troll King. The Bergher asks you to return to Jazitso in search of allies to help defeat the trolls.

Step 5
Ferry to Rellekka then Jatizso.
Talk to King.
Collect taxes.
Talk to King.
Collect more taxes.
Talk to King.
Go to Neitiznot.

Head back to Maria south-west of the town and ferry back to Rellekka. From there catch a ferry to Jatizso using Mord and speak with the King, the one you've already spoken to, opposite the bank. The King will assume the Bergher is planning an attack, just as suspected, but before the King will listen to you, he must get more money from taxes. The King makes you check the town for window tax. The citizens will need to pay 1,000gp per window they have. He gives you an empty tax bag.

Go around town talking to people and asking for their tax. When talking with them, they will ask how much it will cost. Enter the right amount of windows x 1,000. The people, where they can be found and their prices are:

Return to the King who'll say the windows tax is not enough. He will ask you to claim beard tax of 1,000gp now. The bearded people are marked with an astericks (*) above.

Return to the king and he will want to find out who fixed the bridges for the Bregher (it was you). He will tell you to go back to Neitiznot and speak to the Spymaster again. Return to Neitiznot.

Step 6
Talk to Slug.
Entertain Mawnis.
Answer Slug's questions.

Speak again with Spymaster Slug. He will tell you to entertain the Bergher (Mawnis) once more to obtain some more information. Go to Mawnis and do your act. Be sure to wear your jester clothes and use the right moves while watching what the council says.

Return to Slug and he will, once again, ask more questions. He will give you 2,500gp for correct answers and then tell you to go to the King.

Step 7
Talk to King on Jatizso.
Talk to Thakkrad Sigmundson on Neitiznot.
Make yak-hide armour and Fremennik shield.

Items needed: Weapon, 15GP, Needle, Thread, 2 Arctic Pine Logs, Hammer, Bronze Nail, Rope.

Return to Jatizso and speak with the King once again. The king will seal you in his room and interrogate you. You will tell him the truth that the Bergher's troops are going to attack the trolls, not the king. After a good scolding by you, he will decide to help the Bergher defeat the troll king. The king will reluctantly give you the royal decree, but he only wants to kill the Troll King before the Bergher, not be their allies.

Unequip your jester items if you haven't already and speak to Mawnis on Neitiznot. You will give him the decree and he will appoint you leader of the raiding party, but first you must go through an initiation right. To do this right, you must make yourself a set of yak-hide armour and a Fremennik shield.

Go kill some yaks and return to Thakkrad Sigmundson with three of their hides. He will cure them for you for a price of 5gp per hide. Then, use a needle on each hide and make one yak-hide body armour and one yak-hide leg armour. For the shield you must have 2 arctic pine logs, a hammer, 1 bronze nail and a rope. Go and craft the shield at the woodcutting stump.

Return to Mawnis and your rite will begin. After the rite of initiation he will tell you to go attack the Troll King and meet his men at the Troll's Caves.

Step 8
Go to NE corner of isles.
Enter cave, kill 10 Trolls.
Kill Ice Troll King (Level-122).
Decapitate its head.
Talk to Mawnis.

Items needed: Armour, Weapon, Food, Prayer Potions.

Head to the eastern end of the northern isle, crossing the bridges as you go, until you come to a cave entrance. Speak to the militia nearby in order to gain access to the cave. Once you enter the cave go east, a cut-scene will start. You will have to slay 10 trolls, which can be Ice Troll Grunts (Level-102), Females (Level-82), Males (Level-82) or Runts (Level-74). Bork Sigmundson can assist you by giving you provisions: 10 cooked tuna, 4 prayer potions and 3 strength potions.

Note: The Troll King attacks with range mainly, but he can also use melee, and ice barrage. It is recommended that you use the protect from range prayer. It should also be noted that ranged attacks have no effect on him. For attacking you should stick with using melee. His defence isn't too high so the battle won't last too long. This fight isn't as tough as killing those 10 trolls so you should be relieved. Beware that when his HP is low, he will cast Ice barrages in rapid succession.

Once you have defeated the ten trolls, if you need supplies, see Bork Sigmundson or go back to the bank (you must teleport out; walking will not work), if you are ready and capable, head south, cross the bridge and fight the Ice Troll King (Level-122).

Once dead, decapitate its head (Picture) and make your way back across the rope bridge you came from, past your fighting comrades and out the cave opening. Go back to the town and talk to the Burgher. To show his gratitude the King will give you his helm and allow you to receive 10,000 experience in any two Combat Skills.
