Part 1:
Introductions and Invasion
Step 1
Talk to Veldaban.
Head to guard tower.
Kill lvl 100 Chaos dwarf hand cannoneer.
Pick up slip.
Take order to Grand Exchange.
Speak to Veldabam in Kelagrim East pub.
Items needed: Food, weapon, and armour to face a strong level 100 dwarf. 
Head to Keldagrim and Speak to Commander Veldaban (best to use the trapdoor in the Grand Exchange, but taking the DKS fairy ring code or walking from Seers' Village are alternatives), and he will explain how people have gone missing from Keldagrim. He begins to explain, but you are interrupted by a report that the city is under attack by chaos dwarves. When you arrive at the battle scene, you learn that there is one chaos dwarf holed up in a watchtower with a new, very dangerous weapon.
Head up to the top of the tower to face off against a Chaos Dwarf Hand Cannoneer (Level-100) with Commander Veldaban's aid. Once you kill it, take the mysterious slip of paper it drops. Talk to Veldaban and he reveals that it is an order slip for the Grand Exchange. Head over to the Grand Exchange and speak to a clerk. He will take the slip and give you a package. Go back to Keldagrim via the trapdoor to the northwest of the Grand Exchange. Head to Veldaban, who is in a pub in Keldagrim East.
Part 2:
Investigating the Abductions
Step 2
Talk to Veldaban.
Get him a drink from the maid.
Head back to HQ.
Head to guard tower.
Use boots with tracks and follow the trail.
Use bowl with fire and rod with fire pit.
Enter tunnel.
Operate controls and go to Veldaban.
Take him to controls.
Navigate tracks and lower bridge.
Free prisoners.
Enter doorway.
Items needed: Package (obtained during quest)
Speak to Veldaban. You'll learn that he was removed from the missing persons investigation (Picture). Ask him if the Red Axe is involved, and he'll ask you to get him a Guardsman's Stout. Talk to the Barmaid to receive one and give it to Veldaban. Talk to him, again, about the Red Axe and about the package you received and talk to him until he asks you to walk him back to Headquarters.

In a short cutscene, a drunken Veldaban gets in an argument with the Supreme Commander and goes to sleep. Speak to Veldaban and he will mention someone named Hilda. Head southeast to the guard tower where you killed the Chaos dwarf and investigate the footprints to the south of the tower (Picture). Take the boot out of the package and use it on the footprints. A trail will appear. Follow the trail and use the bowl from the package on the fire near the end of the trail (Picture). Remove the bowl then use the rod from the package on the empty fire pit and turn it, revealing a tunnel at the end of the trail.
Move through the cave and try to operate the dwarven controls you see. You don't remember exactly how to use them, so head to Veldaban at the Black Guard HQ. Once you tell him about the secret door, he'll ask you to show him. When you arrive at the controls, give the stones to Veldaban and enter the cart. You'll have to tell him which stone to use at the junctions. The order is yellow, green, yellow, green, green, yellow, yellow, yellow, yellow. At the end, lower the bridge (Picture) and head to the prisoners. Open the gate and talk to Fjoila and tell her and the others to escape. Open the door to the south (Picture) and enter it.

Part 3:
Unveiling the Plot
Step 3
Watch cutscene.
Escape through door with Veldaban.
Use metal rectangle with sorting machine.
Use turnscrew with sorting machine.
Escape through the mine cart.
Items needed: Package (obtained during quest). 
A cutscene will begin that shows Fjoila's husband being converted into a Chaos dwarf (Picture). Veldaban will remember Hilda and yell out, revealing your cover. Follow Veldaban through the door and speak to him. Note that cannoneers will attack you. To escape the room, use the metal rectangle from the package with the sorting machine, then use the turnscrew on the sorting machine. Go through the hole and ride the train cart back to Keldagrim. After a cutscene in which Veldaban resigns from the Black Guard, Quest complete!
A: The mine is located on the north side of Keldagrim and is just north of the bridge that connects West and East Keldagrim. It contains 8 gold rocks, 10 adamantite rocks and 2 runite rocks.
A: The Chaos Dwarf Battlefield is located just before the minecart area that you used during this quest. Be warned though - the battlefield is a multicombat zone and many powerful enemies lurk there (including the dragon pick carrying Dwogres), so make sure you are prepared before entering!
